This rate is reserved for delegates attending the 8th Annual Air Quality Governance Lekgotla hosted by the Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA). This rate includes the IUAPPA opening plenary, reception cocktail, gala dinner, Wednesday stakeholder workshop, and Thursday and Friday Congress sessions.

Optional Scientific Exursions

All scientific excursions are scheduled to take place on Wednesday afternoon – there are no Congress session at this time. Space is limited and will be reserved on a first pay first serve basis. Fees include bus transfers (appr 70km) and a light snack.

  • Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Cancelation Policy

All cancelations must be faxed or emailed. Cancelations will only be valid if recipients are in possession of an acknowledgement of receipt from the local organising committee. Please resend your cancelation if an acknowledgement of receipt has not been received within 48 hours.

Refund of registration fee will be as follows

Before 30 July 2013 - 100% refund (less 10% handling fee)
From 30 July 2013 until 23 August 2013 - 50% refund
No refund on cancelations sent after 23 August 2013
(Substitutions can however be made)
