  • CTICC Telepresense Room
    As a result of a collaborative partnership between the CTICC and Neotel, the centre now boasts a dedicated public Telepresence room. This is the first public Telepresence room in Cape Town and only the second one in South Africa. At present this room can connect to 43 other rooms across the globe.
  • Business Centre
    Delegates can also make use of the fully fledged business centre that offers printing, faxing, internet and photocopying facilities. In the addition the centre also offers a wide variety of consumables such as airtime vouchers, plugs, stationary, USB cables, blank CDs and other essential items needed by exhibitors and clients.

Access for Disabled

Designed to cater for people with disabilities, the CTICC strives to ensure that it is always a venue where all feel welcome. The building incorporates feature that live up to internationally defined standards and regulations, as well as the Disabilities Act (ADA) and the South African National Building Regulations (NBR) Standards.

The centre offers full wheel-chair access, designated drop-off points and parking bays for people with disabilities, direct access escalators designed for the disabled, toilets for the physically challenged, and elevators with Braille inscriptions.

The width of all external and internal doors has been designed to accommodate wheelchair access and lift buttons are placed to allow access by those in wheelchairs. Auditorium I is also equipped with designated seating sections for wheelchair occupants.
